Warranty Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Tramontina Singapore Pte Ltd (Tramontina Singapore).

This Limited Warranty applies to tangible goods, purchased from Tramontina Singapore Pte Ltd online store www.tramontina.com.sg.

Some products may have different periods of warranty. For full details of the guarantee period per product range, enter the product page and search for "Product Description” and “Warranty".

We offer a 3 months warranty against manufacturing defects for all products.

1. This warranty extends solely to instances of defective workmanship and/or materials arising under normal and domestic usage conditions.
2. Certain products may be subject to distinct warranty periods.
3. Your 3 months warranty period commences upon the date of purchase of the goods from our website.

Excluded from coverage are instances of product misuse or normal wear. Please, refer to 1.4 for further details on this policy exclusions. For comprehensive information on warranty durations specific to product categories, please refer to the respective product pages and locate the sections labelled 'Warranty’.

1.2 Where the product is under warranty and its conditions named above, Tramontina Singapore will proceed with one of the following, based on the condition of the product and determination by customer service:

1. Replace any broken, missing or defective parts of a product using new or replacement parts.
2. Replace the faulty product with a new one.
3. Issue a refund for the original payment of the product. Payment will be processed in the original form of payment.

1.3 The Warranty Period for physical goods purchased from Tramontina Singapore is 3 months from the date of purchase. A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 3 months from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

1.4 The following are excluded from the terms and conditions of the guarantee:

• Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use.
• Scratches, stains, discolouration, corrosion or damage from overheating, to the interior or exterior of the pan. This also includes the non-stick coating.
• Consequential damage is expressly excluded from this guarantee.
• In the ordinary course of use, a slight yellowing of the surface can occasionally happen after heating. This is completely harmless and does not affect the performance of the pan and is therefore excluded from the warranty.
• Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

1.5 To claim under our warranty service, kindly contact us through our contact form. Please ensure to include your order number. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (excluding public holidays). We endeavour to respond to all inquiries within two business days.

You may be asked to provide further information on the issue or to return your product. A prepaid return label will be provided where necessary.
